Sorry, I've got no witty title this time- not that it needs a different title, because Thunder Break (one of the translations of Raikiri that sounds particulaly cool) pretty much sums it up.

Dedicated to two people- firstly my friend Probably Mike, who's voicing Kakashi in my fan-animated gaiden- 'cuz Mike rules. Secondly to Sasuke-chan (official name lauraneato) and goheh because seeing their last brilliant art made me feel so competitive I had to draw. XD

The story behind this picture isn't much- it's just an image that's been sitting in my head for -months- aching to be drawn- now is as good as time as any, for Kakashi is eternaly cool!

Down to the technical artsy stuff... I spent ages on this ^_^ the pose was hard to get right (and I had to go do this pose in the middle of the floor which looked weird) but, I'm veery pleased with the result! I think I've improved on that... The clothes I'm proud of too- they just look more real than I usually draw 'em, especially the jounin vest (that's always troublesome!) The lighting was fun to do, I tried a slightly different method this time- *waves hand* too pesky to explain, but I enjoyed doing it. Kekeke!

All in all I'm pleased with my pic.

Ironic fact: I appear to have the ability to control the weather through art... every time I switched on my computer to work on this, the storm came back. I really needed a thunder break.
