They're on their first mission, but what's this, an ambush? --------------------------------------------------------------------- Page 5 already! Boy we're proggessing fast. That's a little bit stressful actually because the rest of the chapter isn't finished yet, ah well, I'll get it done. Believe -*is hit by a brick* Here we have... MODERN ART! As in recently drawn... though I'm not seriously happy with some things. Also if you'll note, typical Nekoni angle in the top frame! I love doing that. I drew this page twice, since I lost the first version, which is quite the hindrance. That's happened twice this chapter. The japanese might be a bit wrong, I couldn't find 'bear-trap' the term in the dictionary so I guessed what it'd be, nyoon it should be good enough. The only reason I put japanese anyway is because of horrible, terrible thoughts of dub-Naruto and bad fanfics *cough* Anyway! Please enjoy. Watch the lighting in this chapter *wink*. If you'll excuse me I have a kunai pouch to make. Comments will be used to sweep the path! |

Awesome page, as usual. I'm really enjoying your twist with the Naruto story line, it's very well thought out. Your techniques for coloring and shading make it all the more impressive. You also have a very good idea as to where the light is coming from and how to make the porportions acurate. Great job and keep it up.
