This is my second post of the day, oosh! How odd.

I read the latest manga chapter (409, yes you can find it at onemanga.com) and just had to elborate on this... 'meal'. Reading the chapter, and seeing those 3 frames of hilarity (sorry to those who I spoil these uber-crucial 3 frames for, now you know how it ends! *joke*) I thought up this joke whilst typing my journal earlier and then couldn't resist drawing it!

It just... so reminded me of that scene. What scene? The one in Lion King!

Art-wise, I just about died drawing this.

It took several hours, flat-out, but I've been trying to stay awake for a special dinner, so really I could afford to work flat out on it (it only cost me sleep, rofl). I tried to keep it Kishimotoish, which was a lot of a stress for the background given the guy has an inking slave and I don't (even my inking pen and ruler are rebelling!). Keeping everything as canon as possible (finding and using and understanding the reference material) was also a pain too, it's quite time consuming drawing EVERYTHING to match. The only really easy things were Kyuubi's cage and, naturaly, Naruto. I'm actually very pleased with Naruto, as despite lack of trying, he's managed to come out cute. Maybe it's because I tried to match his expressions with those of Simba (watch the youtube link if you want to compare, yes, I'm nuts)
