I posted this pic a couple of times yesterday but there seemed to be a watchbox glitch going on, so I pulled it after the first dozen minutes *hates when dA is broken* some of you might still have gotten the alert for it but I think better safe than sorry when it comes to these things

Kitsune is a fox demon and Tengu is a crow demon on which the characters Naruto and Sasuke were themed.

For those of you who can't tell, I copied Kishimoto Masashi-sensei’s style… his coloring style (from around chapter 200). Although not the most impressive style in the world, it was still quite fun to do and has a nice look to it. Kishimoto colors with copic sketch markers, but I don’t actually own a single marker (yet) so everything you see above is computer colored and textured to LOOK like it’s copic markers. It’s all a bit complicated.

I don’t usually copy coloring styles, I think barely anybody does, so I thought it’d be really interesting. It really brings the mimicry up a notch. I’m pleased with how it turned out.

I did the sketch last week, whilst I was working really hard, but had a quick 15 minute break because my computer was crashing. I just went… random. I can’t say it really has a point… just that, it’s amoosing. =B especially the feathers up Sasuke’s-
